No hand unloads unless driver chooses. Otherwise loads are combination drop & hook and live unload. Drivers can get home every weekend, or every other weekend, depending on where they live. Company assigns dedicated trucks with refrigerators and APUs. Drivers can take trucks home, with approval. Riders and pets allowed, with approval. Drivers average 3,000 miles per week. Ample miles for those who want more earnings.
