Seeking Local Company Truck Drivers out of Wethersfield, CT! A premier family-owned turf producer is currently seeking Company Drivers for local routes out of Wethersfield, CT. This company has been around for more than 50 years and takes pride in providing the highest quality product and service in New England. They are searching for professionals who are motivated and reliable to help meet the demand of a successful business. CDL experience is a plus, but not required. Overview Drivers will operate curtain-side trailers and flatbeds. Transport loads of turf from farm to customer. Average 1-4 stops per load, 1 load per shift. Load/unload using forklift – company will train. Schedule is a 6-day workweek, Monday-Saturday starting 6:00-7:00 a.m. Drivers average 48-50 hours per week. Paid OT.
