Job Description

L & L Propane is looking for a highly motivated, self sufficient full-time driver to operate a propane bobtail.

Additional duties would include propane tank installations during the spring, summer and, fall months. The individual that gets hired would be working primarily out of our bulk tank facility located in Custer, WI - just east of Stevens Point. The pay is primarily commissioned based with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate. The hired candidate would be immediately eligible for health, dental, vacation, holiday pay, and retirement benefits.  They may also elect to have supplemental coverage out of pocket. L & L Propane also has bonus incentives for company performance. If the hired candidate has relevant propane background experience they may also be eligible for a sign on bonus.

Expectations include but are not limited to: During busy winter months overtime will be required, including weekends Working with respect and courtesy towards other employees and customers Performing all aspects of job safely; including defensive driving Excellent communication both with other company employees and customers Timely delivery of all gas orders Efficient routing for deliveries Great care taken of all company equipment and property
