With our humble beginnings (Est. Jan 2018) as a flatbed carrier for a major rebar steel fabricator and distributor, we now seek to grow even further with more trucks and more freight than ever before. All we need now are to bring more awesome drivers around Roanoke on board to grow this thing even more. If you are comfortable with the following, we think you'll be just the type of hardworking driver we are looking for: -Home Every Single Weekend (seriously! We know some carriers will tell you that you'll be home by Friday afternoon to make your son's baseball game or daughter's Science-Fair winning project presentation, only to find yourself stuck 2 states away.) That just ain't happening here.

We keep it regional so you're ALWAYS close to home, no matter what. We value our home time, so our drivers should too!) -Dedicated Dispatcher (look, I have been around the dispatching block a million times. The pressure they give to drivers is crazy, and sometimes borderline illegal. But I can assure you you will have a dispatcher who will not only communicate with you directly. Not only that, but we will fight for you on any delays, accidents, etc you may have while doing what you do as a driver. No matter what, we got your back, and we are only a phone call away, day or night). -Tarps and Chains (good ol tarps n' chains.

They can be a pain in the tush, so if you got that experience....what the H are you doing COME ON OVER ALREADY JEEZ WE NEED YA!! And if your friends tarp and chain bring them too!! More. The. Merrier) -Overlength Material (make or break point here. Yes, it will be overlength. Yes, we'd be thrilled with prior experience with it.
