Job Description

Basic Job Skills and Responsibilities:

-          Track Inventory

-          Track Inbound and Outbound loads

-          Bill-out all trucks

-          Do Short Weight reports

-          Track all Seals

-          Inform Shipping of all order changes and/or additions

-          Assign trucks to doors, communicate with Yard Driver

-          Track all transfers according to times and dates

-          Tracking of all paperwork for Recalls and/or questions

-          Answering phones-confirming appointments, directions, etc
