Job Description

As a Trailer and Truck Mechanic with you will be required to have related work experience. Duties include building or repairing wrecker and roll back tow trucks, heavy duty trucks and trailers, hydraulic cranes, mig & tig welding, horse trailers, RV equipment and interiors, and miscellaneous equipment as assigned. Other duties include: * Parts Fabrication. * Installation of components. * Minor Diesel repairs. * Test operation of completed units. * Trouble shoot and repair customer units in the service shop, and when necessary, in the field. * Install heavy components such as PTO's and pumps. * Install components in truck cabs, on truck bodies, on commercial trailers, on horse trailers, and on tow bodies. * Maintain cleanliness of own work area, including proper storage, return and disposal of parts after each job has been completed.
