Candidates must have very good customer service skills, previous experience in Truckload transportation / Logistics, knowledge of dispatch operations, team building, communication, and decision-making skills are essential. Must have experience with owner-operators and company drivers. Computer proficiency is a must. Only candidates with at least one year of truckload dispatch experience should apply.
