TMC Transportation, is seeking CDL Truck Driver candidates to grow our team of professional flatbed drivers. This would be a regional position getting you home on the weekends! Our percentage pay package was designed by TMC truck drivers for TMC truck drivers, and is based on performance, not seniority. Our CDL drivers on percentage pay are earning the equivalent of between $.48 and $.62 per mile, plus additional accessorial pay! Experienced Drivers are also eligible for a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We are employee-owned and we are getting pretty excited about it! We have an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) that drivers receive at no cost to themselves. What does it mean to be employee owned at TMC?

As an Employee-Owned company, all eligible employees also own shares in the company. In addition to their earnings, all TMC drivers in the plan received an extra 13 cents per mile in previous years!"
